Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw cashews (soaked for 4-6 hours or overnight)
  • 3-4 cups filtered water (adjust based on desired thickness)

Instructions:
1. Soak the Cashews:
  • Place cashews in a bowl and cover them with water. Soak for at least 4-6 hours or overnight.
  • Drain and rinse them before using.

2. Blend the Cashews:

  • Add soaked cashews and 3-4 cups of filtered water to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy.

3. No Straining Needed!

  • Unlike almond milk, cashew milk blends completely smooth, so no straining is required.
  • If you prefer an ultra-smooth consistency, you can strain it using a nut milk bag, but it is usually not necessary.

4. Flavor & Store:

  • Add dates, vanilla extract, or a pinch of salt for extra flavor. Blend again if needed.
  • Store in an airtight glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days. Shake well before using.
